Text: This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. Each player pays 1 less to retreat his or her Pokémon if it has Misty in its name.
This is a very interesting and very helpful card. Like all Gym Leaders Gyms, you might as well have it in your deck just in case. Most Gym Ladders Gyms have extra effects they can sometimes be wortth putting in your deck. Like this one.
Overlook
You get 1 Colorless Less to Retreat for all Misty's Pokemon. Which is actually really good. Giving most of Misty's Pokemon a free retreat cost! Even makes Misty's Gyarados able to Retreat with a Double Colorless Energy! Very helpful and can be very annoying towards your opponent.
Combos
This card is a nice Combo with Wrap Points, Raindance, Gust of Wind, and Switches. To keep different Pokemon up and down and attacking all around! Gust, Retreat, or both at the same time and attack heavy with Raindance. Some people might say that this card isn't nesscesary with Raindance, but I don't think so.
Removes Stadiums
Another reason this should be put in Raindance decks is to remove annoying Stadium Cards that can ruin a Raindance deck like Chaos Gym. This card can also be removed so keep 2 or 3 in a deck.
Rating
In a Misty's deck, I give it a 8.1. It is more useful then it looks, trust me on this one! If not in a Misty deck, I give it a ummmmm, 2.0. It can remove Stadium Cards!
