How to Roll a Joint

Me, I don't roll fancy shmancy joints that are perfect and straight. I roll 'em so that they are tight enough to not stop burnin' till the end, and loose enough so that you don't have to pull on it like you're giving a horse a blow. I don't roll to show off, I roll to smoke.
Don't have any pictures yet of the process of rolling a joint, but I'll go through the main points and get pictures to match, like later. Yeah, so let's go over the main points.

1. You can never break weed up enough, is what a good friend said to me once. It is a good thing to have scissors at all times for those who often break up small amounts of weed. (a dime give or take a five piece. Or something like that.)For larger amounts... a coffee grinder or a small blender.

2. Put in tobacco. This is not necessary but a nice touch since the spliff burns better, and tobacco gives the experience that extra zest, and a litte bit of extra taste.

3. Set up the papers. Usually 2 or 3 papers are set up for a dime of weed, or what I consider to be a "standard weight joint". A dime joint is a good joint.

4. Put the weed into the papers and start rolling. Now what needs to be done, is compression of the weed, to the point where it's not too tight (so tight you can't pull) or too loose (so loose it doesn't stay lit for more than 5 seconds). It is possible to acheive that perfect equilibrium. I already have. It does happen. Keep rolling.

5. How to put in a filter. A small rechtangular piece of paper, preferably from a cigarette pack, rolled into a thingy like that @, is usually used as a filter. It is inserted into the end of the joint from which the smoke will later be inhaled. Putting in a filter has many advantages. You can keep smoking it untill the joint is very small and not burn your fingers. A filter is not necessary but if the opening from which the smoke will be inhaled is large, chunks of weed might get stuck in the smoker's throat. Not pleasant.

6. Pack like a man. Now the weed inside the papers needs to be packed in, so that the joint will be tighter and burn better. Usually a cigarette is a perfect size for that purpose. The cigarette is inserted into the open end of the joint, and then it is pushed into the opening thus compressing the weed inside the papers. This may sound sexual, but it's not.
