Misty jumped and tackled me. I was so happy! I had got them back! I was scared, misty said. I could have saved us all, Jason said. They wouldn't have stood a chance. Yeah right, Misty said. You were as scared as I was. Wildfire laughed. I was terrified, but I'm so glad to be home. I will never let this happen again, I said. Were getting out of here, out of this war. I'm going far, far away. Let's head to the Beach, I said let's get as far away as possible. I never want to see anymore pain again. Wherever you go, I go, Kassidy assured me. Same here, Misty said, the beach sounds fun. Yes, Jason agreed, I could finish my training there. I don't like water much, but you know I'll be with you. All right I said, let's leave tonight when no one is around.

I deposited all of my things into the computer, and put my key and card on the bed. That Night I put my belt on, threw my backpack over my shoulder, and sneaked out. I quickly went up the stairs, and had Jason help me move the rock out of the way. I breathed in the cool, night air, and ran to a bus stop. It was dark out, but the light of the moon was incredible. Finally the bus came, and I took it to the Airport. I called home and told my parents about the fire, and that everything was ok. I told them I was going to the Tannor Beach, and I was going to spend a few nights there to clear me head. It was going to be a fairly long trip, about 4 hours. I rented a car I thought fit me, a black sports car. I promised every pokemon they would get their turn to ride with me in the front seat.

I laughed, and let Kassidy ride first. I turned the radio up, the air conditioner on, and set off. I never realized how beautiful it was outside. The morning sun slowly peaked over the horizon, and pink rays filled the sky. There was dew on the ground, and a slight fog. The sound of birds filled the air, and the scenery was stunning. I switched pokemon about every half-hour, and stopped occasionally for a break. Misty was the most fun, cause she seemed to enjoy it the most. She talked constantly about how pretty the sun was, or how neat the grass and trees were. Kassidy usually slept, and Jason couldn't be still. Wildfire was pretty happy, except when he got scared and a bit carsick. As I drove over the turning roads, I had many thoughts. About what I wanted to do, and what I would do when I got to the beach. I thought of Laura a lot, and of Dustin. I also remembered Chaos, and TRK. Did I want's to become a Full time TRK member? Should I just live at the beach? Maybe become a Gym leader there, I dunno.

I switched to the last pokemon for the Trip, Misty, and headed down the side road. There it was, Tannor beach. I had never seen a more beautiful site in my life. The sun, now straight over the ocean, hit the water and made it sparkle. The tide hit the sand, and I could see a Lapras out in the water. I headed for the closest hotel, so I could break for the day. I was looking out at the ocean, when I noticed something. A sort of pink, glowing thing over a big rock on the shore. I pulled the car too the side, and Misty hoped out. I help my pokedex toward the pink bubble, but got nothing. I cautiously moved closer, and the bubble glowed brighter. I thought I could see something inside.

I wonder what it is, I thought. I hid behind a rock, then got as close as I could with out seeing me. Misty peeked over, the rock, and slid and fell. Before I could say anything, The bubble shimmered and faded to reveal- MEWWW! The pokemon cried, disturbed from a very peaceful Slumber. A mew! I thought. I couldn't let it get away! Vaporeon, Hydro pump, now! Misty Jumped forward and sent a huge beam of water at Mew, and knocked it on the ground. Surprisingly, it just rose up and floated there. Mew? It said. I put the PST on my ear. Why did you awaken me? It asked. I uh, I wanted to catch you. Catch me? It asked. I don't understand. I now noticed that it was a fairly young mew. It had been careless to sleep on suck an open place. I am a pokemon trainer, I said. Like Misty there, I catch them and train them. I take care of the pokemon I catch, and treat them as my friend.

So that is what humans do, it said. Do you like this Human? It asked Misty. Yes, I like Master Jordan very much, she said. He saved me from a river and helped me become a pokemon I wanted to be. Now I am a vaporeon. Very well, mew said. I will join you human. Willingly? I thought. That's something I've never heard of before. Really? I asked. Thank you, I have never heard of a pokemon being captured willingly. So you do not wish for me to join you? It asked. Yes! I want you to be my pokemon! I laughed at the insaneness of the moment. All right I said, and opened my fifth pokeball. Welcome to the team.

I caught mew and got back in the car, and drove a little fast to the Hotel. I ran inside quite excited. I'd like to get a room, and register a pokemon please! I declared Excitedly. All right, will that be cash or check? Cash, I said. What is the name of the pokemon… mew? Aileen, I said. A mew, congratulations, that's a fine catch. It must have been difficult. No I said, It joined me Willingly. Really? Th clerk laughed. You must think your pretty good, it was that easy for you huh? I just laughed and took my pokemon and went up the stairs. Why even try, I thought to myself. I let all my pokemon out, and introduced them to my new pokemon, Aileen. Interesting, Aileen said. So you "caught" all these pokemon. I don't think I will ever understand. Aileen floated to a corner, glowed pink, and went to sleep. Sleep sounds good I thought, and deposited some things in the computer and took some items out. I unmade my bed, and went to sleep.

I woke up feeling better than I had in a long time, and it was just the morning! Wake up everyone, I said. Apparently everyone else seemed pretty energetic today, even Kassidy. I dressed a bit differently today. I wore a pair on black Jean shorts, black sandals, black sleeveless shirt, chain, and Sunglasses. I stuffed my pokeballs and pokedex in my pocket, and ran for the beach. I looked around, and the sun was shinning brightly, and it was really hot outside. I ran closer and closer to the beach, my pokemon behind me. The ocean was beautiful! It stretched for what seemed like miles. There were high cliffs to one side off me, and a rocky are bellow it. The rest was nothing but sand and ocean. I saw a few people and their pokemon not to far down shore. I could smell the sea air, and there was a nice misty breeze blowing keeping thing fairly cool.

I looked around me quite happily. I saw Misty jump into the ocean, Kassidy laying in the sun under a rock, Jason chasing a slowpoke (which wasn't much of a chase), Wildfire running from a very ticked looking Kraby, and Aileen following the Kraby giggling. I laid my pokedex, pokeballs, sunglasses and chain on a rock and ran strait at Misty. Here I come! I shouted and jumped into the ocean, splashing Misty. She sent a wave of water at me and dove down. I laughed and chased her around a bit before returning to shore. I sneaked up on Jason, grabbed him and dove into the water. Misty laughed. JOOOOOLTEON! Jason screamed at me, shook of and ran back to shore. I pointed at my ear. Sorry, I can't afford to get The PST wet, it might short-circuit it or something. I would have loved to dunk Kassidy, but being a fire pokemon I might hurt her.

I returned to shore and grabbed a towel and dried off. I lay down on the sand on my towel. It was so nice out here. I wish I could be here forever. I put the PST back in my ear, so I could hear my pokemon. I love it here, Misty said. I could stay here forever. Its ok, Jason said. Lots of wild pokemon to train with. I like it here, Wildfire agreed. It's cool and breezy, and very beautiful. Kassidy smiled. The sun is great, and it's very relaxing. We all looked at Aileen. Yes? She said. Well, we just kind of thought you would share your opinion, I said. After all, your part of the team. Oh, I see, she said. Well, I come here a lot. I like to sleep on the beach at night, and play in the day. I remember coming here with my father when I was younger.

So, you guys ready for breakfast?! Yeah! They all said. I returned them to there pokeballs and went back to the hotel. I went in to hear music playing. What's happening? I asked the hotel manager. Oh, today we are having the Mewtwo festival. On this very day, along time ago, a Mewtwo saved many humans during the clone war. They say that there are a colony of mews and a Mewtwo in this area somewhere. Every year we celebrate waiting for the return of the Mewtwo.

Cool, I thought. When is this happening? I asked. All day, the hotel manager said. There's things happening all over the City. A lot of buildings are now open for pokemon, so you can bring your pokemon in the building, if they are reasonably small. Your pokemon should be fine. Ok, I walked on into the building, and looked around. There was a table covered with tons of food! I walked over and got me a plate, and got my pokemon some food and sat down. The set up of the motel reminded me of an old western movie, with a piano player and live entertainment. I stuck around a little while longer to watch the Comedy act, and then headed back outside.

I nice breeze hit me, and the sun was high in the sky now. I ventured forward to a small crowd, preparing some sort of festival for tonight. That's when something caught me eye. Bargain Sale! Hurry now, Before you're too late! I'd do just that. I ran into the store, which was a bit crowded do too all the people and there pokemon. I walked to a small box, with a bright blue colored lid. Poke-Cookie! Raises your favorite pet's abilities by one point! Nah, I thought. There was a sort of locker filled with brightly colored bottles. Elementals! These revolutionary drinks are Shure to raise your pokemon's special ability at least 10 points, or your money back! Get it now, for only 19:95! Maybe, I thought. I decided to by 5 rare candies, a water, an electric, 2 fire, and 1 psychic Elemental. And I threw a few poke cookies in there after all, and gave my treats to the pokemon. I even bought a drink and a pair of swim shorts and a shirt for myself. I deposited them in my computer for later, and walked back outside. What I saw made my heart stop.

People went running and screaming down the streets, people with pokeballs in hand running ahead. I let my curiosity get the best of me and went forward. There was what looked like and enraged Mewtwo storming threw town, followed by a few mews. A Mewtwo?! I thought, that couldn't be! They're all extinct! I saw a few pokemon and their trainers try to catch them, but they never got anywhere close to Mewtwo. Where is she?! An enraged voice filled my head. Where is my mew! Uh oh.. I thought. Could that be… Aileen? Suddenly Mewtwo noticed me, or more importantly my pokemon including Aileen. Return her to me! Mewtwo screamed. No! I said, she is my pokemon! Mewtwo was not at all happy about this. He launched a hyper beam at me, hitting me in the chest. Ugh… I forced my self back up.

Go, Misty! I said. Use Hydro pump! Misty sent as huge beam of water at Mewtwo, which he simply reflected back at misty. He followed up with Psychic, knocking Misty out. Jason, use Thunder! The attack hit Mewtwo full blast, to cause a simple minor hit! Mewtwo used Psy-wave and knocked Jason out. Wildfire, use Fireblast! Same as with Jason, a mere minor hit. The next thing I saw was Wildfire flying into me. Kassidy, give it your best shot! Use dig! Kassidy hit Mewtwo hard, and weakened him fairly well. Mewtwo hit Kassidy with a Psy-beam, but she managed to get another hit in on Mewtwo before finally being KOed as well. I tossed my sixth pokeball at Mewtwo, to have it thrown right back. Give up, Human. Return mew too me! All right Aileen, you're my last hope. Aileen floated out in front of me. Smart move human. Now, Aileen! She hyper beamed Mewtwo. What? A dazed Mewtwo got back up. You're going to fight your own group member? Yes, Aileen replied. They are my friends now. I don't know how to describe it, but they are my group now.

Mewtwo Laughed. You could have never been strong. You are not smart enough to know what's right and wrong. Leave her alone! I shouted. You're the weak one here. You are foolish to think that just because I'm a human, I can't be as strong as you! Silence! Mewtwo roared. He sent me lying into a wall, knocking the wind out of me. We will se who is strong here. Mewtwo floated up in the air, followed by Aileen. Mewtwo used psychic attack on mew, but she was smart and would recover, knowing that psychic on psychic was weak from what I taught her. She countered the attack with metronome, hitting Mewtwo with Fissure, instantly KOing him. I pulled myself to my feet, and gave it one last shot, and threw my pokeball at Mewtwo as hard as I could. I couldn't believe what happened next. I caught a Mewtwo.
