Trainer Jordan

There I was. Standing great and tall, pokeball in hand. I looked over at the nervous opponent. I laughed. Fool, think you can beat me?! I'm the greatest pokemon trainer in the world! He sent out a lowly level 40 raticate. I sneered and said, Pokeball go! I launched my pokeball forward, suddenly the lid popped open and- BRRRRIINNNNGGG!!!!! Aaahhhhh!!!!! The sound! My ears were ringing and my eyes were burning from the sudden light! I blinked and looked around, Only to see a magnemite getting ready to attack me! No, that ain't a magnemite, its my alarm clock. I sighed and tossed a shirt at it, and smiled at the sudden Quietness. I yawned and stretched. It was another boring day in the Life of the pokemon trainer Jordan.

I threw off the covers of my bed, and walked to my closet. I slipped on a pair of black Jncos and a black shirt. I walked to me Sock drawer and got some black socks, and put on my black boots. I fastened a silver chain around my neck, and put on my black leather cut out gloves. I threw my long black trench coat over my shoulder, pit my shades in my pocket, and walked out of my room.

Good morning Kassidy! I tapped on the little ball of red fur and woke my vulpix. It yawned, Blinked its big brown eyes and looked at me. Vul-pix? You must be hungry! I know I sure am. I'll get you and me some food. I poured some pokechow in a bowl for Kassidy, and made myself a cheese bagel. I looked down at Kassidy munching away happily. What a cute little pokemon. I walked to my window and looked out. Sighing at the fact that I was 14, and had one pokemon. I gotta catch at least one pokemon today if I ever want to full fill my dream of becoming a leader of my own gym. I HAVE to! Vulpix is so cute I hate to fight it… No. I must. She's spoiled as it is! I looked at vulpix who was licking it lips from her food, and said Today is the day Kassidy, were gonna get a pokemon!

I went to my room and fastened my leather belt containing my five pokeballs, and a spot for vulpix's ball. I slipped the shades onto my face, looked at vulpix and said, well, shall we? We marched out the door to a cool day. It wasn't cold, but a breeze gave a rather cold feeling. We trotted towards the city, though it was the smallest city on Neo Sky Island. On the way down there, I encountered a few pidgey's and rattata's. even a few mankeys and Nidoreans. Vulpix Fireblasted them away easily, or we simply ran away. Boooring, I told vulpix. I want some excitement. We made our way to town to look around.

I looked around a few traveling merchants and a pokestore, but nothing caught my attention. I eyed an interesting looking Arbok, but it was too expensive, and I had all the poke products I needed. It was already noon, and I needed to be heading home. I left the city down hearted and depressed. I looked down at vulpix. We are never gonna get a new pokemon. Suddenly, I heard a shuffling sound! I spun around and saw movement in the bush ahead.

I returned vulpix to its pokeball, and creeped ahead. I peeped around the tall grass and saw an eevee looking down in a stream! How cute! This was my lucky day! The possibilities went flying trough my head at once. I decided to watch the eevee a little longer and see what it did. It had a rather sad look on its face. I thought to myself, what's wrong with the little guy? I leaned closer to watch. Suddenly, a goldeen floated down the river. EeeeeVEEE!! Its face lit up, and it trotted towards the river. It looked so happy as it watched the goldeen float down the river. It leaned forward to get a better look and fell in. NO! my cry was responded to with a high shrill cry from the eevee. I lunged forward and grabbed the fighting eevee and pulled it to safety.

You poor little thing! It drooped down, and acted half dead. I had to get it to the poke center immediately! I put it in a pokeball, and rushed to town. Fortunately, town was only a few blocks away. I headed into a pokecenter and told them it was an emergency. Please heal my eevee! Yes we will calm down. I need your pokedex and pokeballs first. I handed her my pokedex and put my six pokeballs in a tray. Don't worry, eevee will be just fine Jordan. It has taken a lot of damage, but nothing we can't fix. I let out a relived sigh, and turned to sit down. Wait! Huh? I said. You must register your eevee. What would you like to name it? I thought for a min, and decided to name it misty, cause I was planning on turning it into a vaporeon. Ok Jordan Misty should be back soon. Have a seat.

I sat down and looked up at the TV in the lounge. There was something on the news. It appears that great activity is happening with the "Bulbatree" here on Neo Sky Island. The flowers have begun to wilt and strand pod like masses are growing on the tree. We take you now to the scene. A young scientist appeared on the screen. We predict that the bulbasaurs may be reborn through this tree. There are many legends behind this story, but we will know the truth in a few days. I thought to myself, If the bulbasaurs return, maybe mewtwo's will as well. I'd be a few more steps closer to fulfilling my dream.

Paging Trainer Jordan to front desk. Your pokemon are ready. I walked to the front desk and saw a Nurse holding a tray of pokeballs and an eevee and a vulpix in front of her. I returned Kassidy and Misty to there pokeballs and put the pokeballs in my belt. Thank you Jordan we hope to see you again! I waved bye and headed out the door.

Hello Misty! I said as she popped outta the pokeball. Want to go walk with me? Eevee. It trotted slowly behind me. I wonder what's wrong with you. Suddenly a man with a vaporeon walked by. EEVEE!!!!! Misty lit up with excitement and happily trotted over to the vaporeon. It finally clicked that eevee wanted to be a vaporeon! Now I understood! Hey kid! Keep your pokemon under control will ya?! An elder man growled at me and pointed to my eevee walking circles around the vaporeon. Sorry sir. Come on Misty! I called. Lets go get a water stone! Eeevee! It called and quickly ran up to me.

I walked into the stone shop. What can I do for you today? I'd like to buy a water stone. I released Misty and it hopped up on the counter. Yes sir! The stones a re priced on the list to your right. I looked up at the price and… OMG! I CAN'T AFFORD THAT! Well then please leave sir. I was about ready to grab eevee and leave when I saw the look on its face. Never in my life had a seen a pokemon so sad. I thought, I can pay for it, but I'll be almost entirely outta money. All right sir, I'll take one.

Eevee! Misty called as I handed him the money and got my Water stone. Thank you sir. Pleasure doing business with you. Come again! I used the water stone on my eevee. Eve-Vaporeon! It said. It looked at its tail happily and swing it around VAPOREON! I was filled with a warmth as I watched it chase its tail. I called it and spent the rest of my money buying Misty, Kassidy, and Me a Lemonade.

SPLASH! I was hit with a few drops of water as Misty dove into the stream. Kassidy ran and hid under a bush and growled. I laughed. Lighten up vulpix. She held her head up and ignored me. Funny, I thought. She's never acted this way before. I thought nothing of it and looked back to see Misty in battle. It was a wild Magicarp! It looked like Misty was having a good time. She blasted it with bubble beam, tackled it then bit it. All's the Magicarp did was splash around. With a mighty thwack of her tail she sent the Magicarp flying. I was rather impressed at how strong she was. I returned Kassidy and Misty to their pokeballs, and headed home.

Well girls I'm gonna go to bead now. I slipped into some shorts and a T-shirt, and got in the bed. My new vaporeon hopped up on the bed, and snuggled up to me. Kassidy snorted and lay in her favorite spot on my chair. Again, I wondered what was wrong with wrong wish Kassidy. I rolled over and turned the light out and told vaporeon and Kassidy goodnight. I drifted off into my dreams thinking about my new pokemon.

VAPOREON! VuuuuulPIX! I awoke suddenly to see Vulpix and Misty fighting! STOP IT YOU TOO! I got out of bed and returned vaporeon. I got dressed in my usual clothing. I picked up Kassidy. Shame on you! Why are you fighting Misty? Before I knew it I had been Embered in the face. AAAHHH!!! I yelled. I returned vulpix and washed my face in cold water. What is WRONG with her? Then I realized. I had always spoiled Vulpix. Now there was a new pokemon. She was jealous. Boy I never thought of that to happen. I fastened my belt around my waist, grabbed a few biscuits and sausage and headed out the door.

I fed both of my pokemon separately, and then ate my own breakfast. I looked around. It was a beautiful morning. I saw fearows and pidgey's flying high, and ratatas gathering items and food. In the distance a few teenagers were battling. It was a quiet Area. Mainly older people and a few teens lived around here. A lot of common pokemon. I didn't have a lot of friends, and my parents were always gone, So I was alone with Kassidy most of the time. No wonder she was so spoiled. I had become rather Lazy myself. I sighed and stood up. It was time.

Kassidy I won't have you acting this way! I treat all my pokemon with the same amount of love. Misty is your friend, and my pokemon! Now stop acting this way, you are a young girl and you should treat people and your trainer with respect! Kassidy help her head low and Whined. My words were harsh, I had never scolder her before. I stuck to it though. I couldn't let her fight Misty anymore. I Called Kassidy and Misty, and headed into the woods for maybe a rare pokemon or some good exp. I sir down and herd and started eating. I didn't notice Misty wandering off to the side. I finished my sandwich and called to Kassidy and Misty. There was no Reply. A shrill Scream pierced the Erie Silence of the forest, and I ran as fast as I could toward it.

I saw a wild jolteon Fighting Misty, and winning. She was no match for an electric pokemon. Before I could say anything, out of the bushes Vulpix came. She let out a battle cry and started fighting the jolteon. The jolteon shot pin missiles at vulpix, but she would have none of that. She sent out a huge fire blast, and knocked him back. He countered with thunderbolt, and Vulpix did something I have now seen but once in a lifetime. A pillar of fire arose around her, her tails split, and she doubled in size. She evolved into Ninetails. She let out a loud Cry and head butted the Jolteon. I tossed a pokeball at the near dead Jolteon, and caught it.

YEAH GREAT JOB NINETAILS! YOU SAVED HER LIFE! I had used a x potion and a few ethers on Vaporeon, and healed her up. I was praising Kassidy, my new Ninetails, when I realized I should be headed home. I now had a Jolteon, vaporeon and Ninetails. I was quite happy. I headed home, and called the pokecenter and had my new Jolteon registered. I nicknamed him Jason. I thought it suited him well. Jason was training in the garage, Misty was asleep in my bed, resting from a hard day, and Ninetails was curled up on the couch with me watching TV. Suddenly something caught my attention.

Today a great discovery has occurred. It appears that the Bulba tree of Neo Sky Island has brought back the Bulbasaurs. Scientist predict that the long lost mewtwo may be returning as well. It appears that Bulbasaurs and their relatives are returning to their natural state. Rumor has it that the race of Bulbasaurs and mewtwos once extinct may once live again. According to our records, The Bulbasaurs are doing fine. This is quite a discovery. I thought wow… I wonder what this may bring? I didn't care much for Bulbasaurs, but the mewtwos returning really grabbed my attention. I drifted off to sleep that night before I knew it. I was even closer to fulfilling my once impossible dream. And things were still looking up.
