Tequila Rose
The original strawberry flavoured cream liqueur and tequila. It is a very sweet liquor with a hint of tang to it and tastes like melted strawberry ice cream. Since the alcoholic content of Tequila Rose is 34 proof, you can enjoy this unique flavor treat on ice, in coffee or mixed into a smooth strawberry cocktail.


Baja Rosa
This is a copycat version of Tequila Rose. Good, but just not the same.

Homemade Tequila Roses
1 can Slimfast Strawberry Cream
1 or 2 shots clear tequila (honestly, cheap tequila works just fine, tho I prefer Cuervo.) Blend. Refrigerate to chill. Best served icey cold.



Tequila Rose Daquiri
1 oz Tequila Rose
1/2 oz Rum
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Sweet & Sour Mix
1 1/2 oz Strawberry Puree
Add ice and blend. Serve in a pint glass with whipped cream on top.

Raspberry Tequila Roses
3/4 oz raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz Tequila Rose
Layer the bottom of a brandy snifter with ice. Then pour in the raspberry liqueur. Then slowly pour the Tequila Rose into the center of the glass.

Black Rose
3/4 oz Tequila Rose
1/4 oz blackberry brandy
Pour into shot glass.


Blooming Rose
2 oz Tequila Rose
1 oz raspberry liqueur
3 oz milk or heavy cream
Serve in martini glass, drizzle in chocolate sauce and swirl. Optional: Substitute 3 scoops of ice cream for milk or serve over ice.

1/2oz Peach Schnapps
1oz Sprite
4oz Milk

Layer Tequila Rose on top of Kapali. Then float Tequila on top.

2 parts Irish Cream
1 part Three Olives Vodka
Shake well and serve on the rocks.

1 oz Tequila Rose
Fill glass to approximately 1 inch from top. Top off with 7up.

1/2 Francesca Hazelnut Liqueur
Layer Tequila Rose over the Francesca.

Blend strawberries, cream and ice. Add Tequila Rose and serve in a cocktail glass.

1/3 oz Kapali coffee liquor
1/3 oz White Crème de cacao
1/3 oz Tequila Rose
Layer in a shot glass. First Kapali, then white crème de cacao and finally Tequila Rose.

Tequila Body Shot
1 pinch Salt
1 shot Tequila
1/4 Lime
Put salt on some part of somebody else's body. Hold shot glass in left hand and lemon in right hand. Lick salt, slam the tequila, then suck lime.

An alternative known as a "Shiver Shot" involves the shot glass being held between the breasts rather than in the drinker's hand. The salt is placed on the breast. The drinker licks the salt, tips the glass over into his/her mouth, then sucks on the lime.

1 oz Tequila
4 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Blackberry Brandy

Mexico Rose
1 oz Gold Tequila

Tequila Julep
1 1/4 oz Tequila
1 tsp. superfine sugar
2 sprigs fresh mint
club soda to fill
Crush 3 mint leaves with sugar in a chilled highball glass and fill with ice. Add tequila and top with club soda.


Tequila Old-Fashioned
1 1/2 oz Tequila
1/2 tsp. Sugar
dash bitters
1 tsp. water
splash of club soda
Mix sugar, water and bitters. Add ice, tequila and club soda.


Mexicali Rose
1 oz White Tequila
4 oz Cranberry juice cocktail
1/2 oz Lime juice

1 oz Opal Nera Black Sambuca
Fill wine glass with shaved ice and mound top. Add Opal Nera. Serve with short straws.


Buttery Nipple with a Cherry Kiss
1/2 oz Butterscotch schnapps
1/2 oz Bailey's irish cream
1 tsp Cherry liqueur
Layer Bailey's on top of Butterscotch. Then you take the cherry liqueur along with a cherry and place the cherry on top of the spoon, while pouring the cherry liquer into the shot.


Angel's Kiss
1/4 oz white Creme de cacao
1/4 oz Sloe gin
1/4 oz Brandy
1/4 oz Light cream
Pour ingredients carefully, in order given, into a pousse-cafe glass so that they do not mix.


Vampire's Kiss
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz dry Gin
1/2 oz Dry Vermouth
1 tblsp Tequila
1 pinch Salt
2 oz Tomato juice
Shake with ice. Strain over ice in an old fashined glass.

1 oz Jack Daniels

1/2 oz Galliano
Pour the tequila and orange juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Pouring slowly and carefully over the back of a teaspoon, float the Galliano on top of the drink.

Baja Luna

White Crème de cacao is a chocolate flavored liqueur, often scented with vanilla. It is different from chocolate liqueur, which is usually sweeter and more syrupy. It is available in two different variaties: Dark crème de cacao is dark brown, while White crème de cacao is a clear, colorless form of the same liqueur.

Grenadine syrup is a blood-red, strong syrup made from pomegranates. It is the number one among fruit syrups, and is used in many cocktails not only for sweetening, but also to give them a red color. Make your own: Use 4 pomegranates to make about 2 cups of pomegranate syrup. After removing seeds, process with food processor knife blade. Simmer pulp with 1/4 cup honey over low heat 3 minutes. Stir well. Strain to remove seeds.

Triple Sec a strong, clear orange-flavored liqueur. It is sweet, but not cloying. In addition to the generic brand Triple Sec, Curaçao, Cointreau, and Grand Marnier are also triple secs. While triple sec usually would mean "triple dry" it means here "triple distilled.".

Bitters are, as their name suggest, a bitter or bittersweet type of spirit made from different herbs, roots and plants. Bitters are used to flavor and add a dry zest to cocktails.
