Angel's Breath

eclectic meanderings
i wander extinct trails
paths where my steps leave
no footprints

hearing an Angel's sweet voice
Her inclinations that leave
my rested breath
in sudden anticipation

light through shattered branches
the piercing blades of Her gilded prominences
detach and immobilize my being
wanting, craving more

alone, though pleasantly comforted
my body rests on nature's blankets
the soothing warmth of the Angel's hand
coaxing a sleep of tranquil dreams

the peace of my mind is enhanced
by the rhythmic reverberations
of Her heart through
the soft suppleness of Her breast

Her features bathe my eyes
Her soft kisses quench my thirsty soul
She brings me to a rebirth
an outbreak from my world

sated within the niche of Her arms
She awakens me with a caress to my cheek
a sweet arousal which brings
Her passionate scent of love

standing, we walk side by side
taken to the doorway of my dreams
my desires, my hopes,
my future enrichments absorbed

my Angel, with delicate whispers
breathes a chant of solitude
into my wind come to pass
for my heart

no longer forging cold anticipations
i am forever in Her grace
and will never long for more
as bequeathed by my Angel's hand
