Once Saved

Awakened to the entrancing sound displayed about him,
A riotous frenzy of multi-colored whispers in vain,
Reaching their eclipsing fervor breached of repetition,
The chords echo their effulgent rapture.

Brought to the overture of an euphoric topography,
He is silenced in the awe of triumphant angels
Set against a menagerie of crystalline elegance,
Braced before his eyes and settling into his essence.

Solo wings kept abreast stand out in shining valor,
That which the lone One has only but to close her eyes
And uplift a tortured spirit to suspension
Within the niche of resurrected solace.

Lightening dances as distant thunder breaks the ether.
The triumphant angels leave their mark, but the lone One
Does stay her ground as the guarded does hide in fear.
"No harm will come to you if you can find the love within your heart," she entices him.

Together the two do make their earth and huddle
In close concernments, breathing the heat of trust.
Folded arms and entwined legs; the earthly does dance with the heavenly,
And in love do they bind, and with love will he be saved.
