Timing of a Heart changing
In sometimes violent ways
Often violent results
Circumstances can be seen
Unbelievable as they may seem
Many not at all surprising

The seed of unbefitting release
The slut within released
Passion now demoralized
Reduced to embers forgotten to memories
And in the silent stillness of a Heartbeat
It’s sad to see eyes go dark

To what does this owe
A life, a love tested
Stirring a caldron of sorrows
Teeming with an anti-christ vision
No faith in its violation
Yet digesting, cultivating its return

An ass procured from
The depths of the reborn
The fountain of reigning mountains
The hand of the hallowed
Fulfilling the great joke
And making my faith yet stronger

And what of this life, this love
Floundering in confusion
A wake in response to death
Awaiting the hand to hold
The guiding illumination to being
To free eyes gone dark
