The Frigid Princess
by P. Joseph Andrus & M. Boncic

It’s not supposed to be
Cold air coming from there
The frigid princess laid bare
Only the slightest hint of a stare
But she said, “Yes!”
Yet now from within her depths
Nothing, not a whisper
Or even so much as a stench
For she is dry, lifeless
But still fire springs from
Liquid eyes set ablaze
Ablaze!
How absurd for a frigid princess!
How confused her soul must be
How passionless
How pitifully disturbed
How . . . bizarre beyond belief
So then lie there in your depth
Princess eyes of deception
For one day no one will touch
This cold embodiment you perform
I only hope for your sake
Your hands are not as cold
