Centre assists advancement of the process of democratization throughout
Central and Eastern Europe and supports development of viable, objective
and impartial public policies throughout the region. Building upon existing
Western models and techniques it conducts impartial regional and national
public policy analyses; nurtures the development of appropriate developmental
models and methodologies; trains individuals in employment of these methodologies;
and assists in the development of objective, national and regional public
policies and implementation models. Given sufficient resources and upon
vote of the Board of Directors, the Centre may expand its educational
and scientific activities to other regions of the world. |
