One Step Closer

The Faire King sighed

Looking upon this couple

As they exchanged their vows.

He knew much was still to be done

To break the spell he cast

While in a fit of rage.

In his heart he knew

A lesson had been learned

That more then gold

Would be need to hold

The love he craved for so long.

He had taken the first step

Bringing together these two

And watching as they fell in Love

Without the promise of riches

but only out of love.
