tHIS iS mY pOETRY cORNER
PERSON BEHIND THE WORDSHi there! I'm Vhans or you can call me V...and welcome to my poetry corner. Writing poems has been one of my many passion. I started writing when I was in High School and I'm still trying to develop my skills as a poet. I'm proud to say that I'm now considered a "published" poet. Thanks to Poetry.com for choosing "A Struggle" to be part of their collection to be recorded on audio format. You'll find this poem in the album "The Sound of Poetry." They have asked me to submit another one, but I haven't been able to write a new one. Still looking for an inspiration to come. hehehe. Anyway, I also got a letter, this time from Noble House (based in UK) and they too are asking me to submit a poem to them. They wanted to include it in "Theatre of the Mind"--a new poetry Edition that is being published in the U.K. and is slated for worldwide distribution. Unfortunately, I didn't feel that any of my current works are any good for publishing so I haven't turn in anything to them. But I do feel honored that they have chosen me. For now, I shall keep my poems published here. I'm content on sharing them with you, my family and my friends. |
