For a short period of time a 20 year old poet named Lee Kitzis edited a magazine that was short, cheap, and contained good poetry. The concept was to publish poets who were under 23 years of age. The magazine lasted three issues. Issue #2 was given out to many poets during the Bucktown Arts Fest. Issue #3 came out several years later and was longer, contained more poetry, had a different format, and a limited run.
