MARY BLINN

Mary Blinn is a Chicago area poet and artist. Her poems appear regularly in After Hours, and are included in the anthologies Vacations: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, A Walk Through My Garden, and Wild Things (TallGrass Writers/Outrider Press), and The Best of Chicago Poetry and American Open Mike, Vol. 2 (Chicagopoetry.com). Mary received an Illinois State Poetry Society award for formal verse and a Pushcart nomination for her poem Silver Spikes. She is the featured poet in After Hours Summer 2008 issue.

Mary is a member of the Poetry Center of Chicago and The Academy of American Poets. She earned her MA in Interdisciplinary Art from Columbia College Chicago.
