Lucia Blinn is a poet, writer, and storyteller. She has performed her work at the Chicago Humanities Festival, National Foundation for Jewish Culture's Literary Salon, Heartland Spa and Recorded Art Works. A former advertising creative director, she wrote ads for numerous blue chip clients, including Mc Donald's, Kraft, General Mills, and Sears. She is the mother of two far-flung daughters and is a gardener who tends two balconies high above Lincoln Park in Chicago.
