I hear your voice,

Closing my eyes I feel no choice.

I fear I'll open my eyes and see,

Theres's no one here but me.

I lean into you,

My world swallows the blue I once knew.

I don't want to open my eyes.

"You eventually will leave!" my heart cries.

The moments we share and time we steal,

I know everything my heart feels is for real.

I make due with the time we can spend.

As you leave me, with you my love I do send.

We may not be able to have this our way,

But I'll wait for you as long as it takes for us to have our day!
