Driving Directions

4. Continue straight - CR-34/OLD KINGS HWY becomes KINGS HWY/CR-47. (Proceed 4.24 miles)
5. Turn SHARP LEFT onto NY-23A. (Proceed 1.85 miles)
6. Look out for stately home on manicured lawns on right
7. Turn SHARP RIGHT onto UNDERHILL RD. (Proceed 0.22 miles)
Pull onto Right shoulder before metal guard-rail begins at the curb

Walking the Property
1. From chain at entrance, walk down dirt road (Proceed about 130 yards)
2. Turn right at grassy path leading to creek (Proceed about 250 yards)
3. Follow winding creek (Proceed about 250 yards)
4. Head back into the heart of the property: follow the clearings, or cut across through the pines (about 200 yards)
5. Look out for ribbons on trees marking test pits (septic system locations)for the home sites
6. From the clearings, you'll see gorgeous views of rolling meadows and mountains ahead

Driving the area
Drive by the splendid neighboring properties:
--See the beautiful farm in a meadow (Proceed about 2 miles on Underhill Road)

--Don't miss the splendid white estate on manicured lawns (on 23A, about .4 miles east of Underhill Road)

--Visit Saugerties for dining, antiques, book stores:
- Take 23A west (3 miles), turn right going south on 9W (8 miles)
