done went away
so instead of trying to write
despite this plight
Ima sit back and relax
poems aren't things
to be churned out
mass produced
by factories.
Corporations aren't poets
artists are.
And artists create when inspired
artists create beauty
not shit.

Part 2: That Was a Stupid Poem to Write

That was a stupid poem to write
for me, writing about writer's block
is now a cliché.
And if my creativity's really retired for the day,
how come I've written a total of 12 poems today?
I scold myself.
To the reader:
Please don't take that poem seriously
it is ugly
I wasn't an artist when I wrote that
I was sitting on the crapper
taking a huge, fat, smelly, rancid shit.
I'd best wipe my ass
So I won't have none of that shit left on me
and maybe I can get down to writing some real poetry.
