They used to be alive
but they aren’t anymore.
Many people lost today
what they used to have
but have no more.
And, for those few,
who had their glory day today
who signed their name to the world today
became the history of the past for the future today,
it is sad to think
their lives
climaxed in that act
of hatred
and death
and
destruction
