Hear the Dove Call Thousands die
now let them rest
and it is time we continue life
at our best.
We must not infuriate
and cause more deaths
should we retaliate
the world will be but death.
The government wants to break
through our privacy
we must not forsake
or fail to see
without freedom
we are nothing
worthy of defense
security at the cost of privacy
is a contradictory offense
to all we hold dear

the calling
freedom love peace
is all that keeps us from falling.

Now as we display
the stars and stripes
we must not betray
the rights
it portrays
endless macho war games
will lead us to the end of days
let’s not look to hate or blame
sully our name and put to shame
the image that we wave so proud
that symbolizes our rights endowed
this symbol which across the earth
now will only serve to birth

which will conquer love
unless we see the beauty
gleaming from the dove
