We are each a snowflake
lazy and enlightened in the sky
The fall:
melt, (we never ask why)
and we are each a particle of water
H20 combining,
a river lining
the banks (throwing) (as wind’s blowing through)
rocks side to side,
twists through which to ride
and the clouds rain pride (our bane) into our brains
society hails insecurity
we will hide in caves carved
starve in pain
afraid of the harvest that never came
we place blame
when we face shame
ANGER! offends
(nothing can defend)
it sends us through bends
we destroy with manufactured toys
until the end.
