I'm sitting on a wooden beam
and this bug comes walking along
a brown bug with antennae
what a funny bug
I offer it my pen
and it tries to eat it.
Ha! Must be a hungry bug.
I put the pen down
and it crawls towards it
starts circling it
and tunneling under it.
Ha! Must be a curious bug!
I poke at it with my pen
reciprocating its curiousity
and it has a seizure
spazzes out
and runs away.
Goodbye, Funny Bug
Nice to meet you.

Part 2:

The Funny Bug stopped by again
circling my pen
and I poked it with the pen, once again
It flew away, and
a few seconds later returned to my arm.
I didn't recognize that it was my bug
flying at my arm.
Instinctively, I batted it away
only to find the Funny Bug
writhing on a low beam on its back.
I picked it up
and watched it explore my fingers and arm.
What a curious bug!
I told it, if it was injured, I would take it in
and it tried to fly away then
but failed
fell to the ground
I scoured the grass down there
in search of my Funny Bug, that I might save it
but it's gone and incapacitated
Won't be able to survive
I took the life of a beautiful creature.
