BIOGRAPHY

Peter Steele (aka Asmodeus X has he is known on some of his books) has had extracts from his novels, short stories and poems published in over 150 plus anthologies. He is the recipient of a Golden Academy Award and The ABI Gold Medal Of Honour. His biography has been featured in many biographical whose whos such as The International Authors & Writers Whose Who, Men Of Achievement, International Book Of Honour etc. He has been short-listed twice for a major literary prize and also does the artwork on all of his book covers and album sleeves. The artwork on the cover of "A Prayer" was created by his daughter Gabrielle at the age of 5, and the artwork on the covers of "A Secret Wish" and "A Love So true" was created by his daughter Sherina when she was at nursery school.

In addition to writing and art, Peter is also a composer, song writer, musician and live entertainer. To date, he has recorded 18 albums most of which are or will be available in MP3 format on virtually all of the music download and streaming sites including AmazonMP3 and itunes etc. Peter composes mostly synthesised instrumentals and his biggest influences are undoubtedly Jean-Michelle Jarre, Vangelis, Jan Hammer, Tangerine Dream and Georgio Moroder. He has also recorded a few albums which include vocals such as a synthesised rap album, an album that contains soft synthesised pop songs and an album of rock/pop songs. He is also planning to form a duo with his daughter Gabrielle and together they will be performing slow commercial love songs.
