THIS IS A PEOPLE'S MOVEMENT
This is the dawn of a new age where the people will express their power to make peace a reality in the world. We cannot wait for religious leaders or politicians to show us the way. If you believe that:
~ God is One and different religions call Him by different names
~Different religions must co-exist in peace
~That there must be no more violence in the name of God or religion
~The people of one faith must have respect for those of another
then, join the WORLD FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS. All you have to do is light a candle or lamp in your work place or at home. Place the lamp in public view and say to everyone that this is the FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS OF ALL RELIGIONS. Ask a friend to do the same. This is to demonstrate the will of the people to respect all religions. The FESTIVAL is on September 23rd of every year which is the the equinox, when the sun is on the equator, and day equals night.
Send a card, or give gift to a friend belonging to a faith other than your own. Send an e-mail to your friend about this fistival.
