Sushi Fever
Mood:  a-ok
Topic: Account of my Eating

Dry flax and raisins. Thumbs up. The milk had gone

bad, reported his nose.

Last night: black beans, white rice, sausage.

Less diet coke please. Haven't run since Thursday.

Away away sushi fever. There will be no lunchtime sushi. Duane painted sushi today, but it's not a sign.

Sushi in Minneapolis. At the airport.

Christmas Dinner
Mood:  flirty
Topic: Account of my Eating

It's one hour before Christmas dinner. I have sampled one of the teal. The meat is so dark, it looks like beef. There is little of it. There is an apple insinuated into the teal's cavity. I can taste cinnamon and some of the wine flavoring it.

There was also some orange juice poured on the teal.

There will be prime rib as well as the sixteen ducks.

Wed. October 19

Three spoons of peanut butter for breakfast.

Hazelnuts and carrots and tomatoes for snack.

1/2 club sandwich for lunch. I'll have a pepsi.

Miso soup and snap peas.
Sashimi plate for dinner (tuna, albacore, salmon.)

Thursday October 20

Peanut butter servings for breakfast, with grape juice that splattered on my hand while walking Phoebe.

Asian pears are dense; they feel packed just like a baseball. One of them.

Usual snack of hazelnuts, almonds, carrots, with the addition of red grapes. Plus, I brought my own baggy of stringless sugar snap peas: edible-pod and all.

Club sandwich on multi-grain bread with pepperjack cheese. Pepsi to drink.

Tonight I am going to have puella for the 1st time at Casa Vincente.

all about breakfast today (readings)
Mood:  amorous
Topic: Account of my Eating

The beginning of my food diary:

Skipping breakfast

I love cereal but my exhaustion in the mornings, the waking up pangs, have often kept me from sitting down to eat cereal or even a piece of fruit. I think this contributed to heavy lunches, heavy dinners. Overeating. The idea of two meals a day often means two very large meals. I want to try balancing my intake across three meals. I should try peanut butter in the morning, I read a lot of doctors spread peanut butter on something for breakfast in the morning.

This morning I had a red pear and a mug of pineapple orange juice. I don’t feel sated but I feel better than I do when I’ve eaten nothing.

At lunch, I had a meatball sandwich, very good.

Since, I have snacked intermittently on cherry tomatoes, carrots, hazelnuts, and almonds. It is the near the close of work and I feel very well. I am very fond of hazelnuts.
