Why do I love you?
It’s like asking
Why did God create the earth?
It may sound strange
But the similarities
Are too much to over look
For before I had you
I had basically the something
God had before
He created the earth
A deep space For nothingness
Nothing but loneliness
I needed something there
Much like God did
So he created the earth
And he created man
Yet he found
That man was lonely
Although man was created
In the image of God
God loved man And therefore
Did not want man
To be lonely like he
So he created woman

God created a relationship
Between man and woman
God cherished this relationship
So, God gave me A gift of love
The gift of you
To love I love you
Because he loved me
And he sent you
For me to see
The love that he has
For me
God gave me your love
To show me his love
A love that will never die
God gave me your love
To show me his love
The love between you and I
