Happy
She came and she
made everything alright
since then my life
has now had site
she told me
every things alright
as she sat
and hold me tight
From a distance
I looked from a far
feeling stuck where i sat
in a pool of black tar
I never thought things
would be the way they are
when she looks at me
does she see the scar?
Once a innocent child
happy with simple ness
then covered up
by temptation's mist
scars should never showed
up on these two wrists
pain that has been held
by from her lips a kiss
I look at her
and i have to smile
for now living
was all worth while
all the old feelings
thrown away into a pile
because with her there is no trial
As for her
things couldn't be better
every day I'm thankful
that i met her
together,
our favorite food is cheddar
and she says she loves me
when she writes me a letter
Even though
i don't see her as much
and i miss her smile
and her special touch
It's sad things
have to be as such
but I'm comfortable in saying
I love her very much
