Sweedish Meatballs
For Meatballs:
1 lb. ground meat
1/1/2 cups Italian seasoned bread crumbs
I Egg
Garlic(any kind you choose to taste)
1/2 teaspoon of Italian Seasoning
1 chopped onion
4 tbls. worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup water
Mix all ingredients togeather
Roll into meat-balls and
bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes
or until golden brown.
Strogonoff Sauce:
I/2 cup flour
1/2 chopped onion
Garlic (any kind to taste)
Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbls. hot sauce
3 cubes Beef Bouillion
1 cup sour creme
1/2 cup cooking oil
4 cups water
Make a roux first:
in a seperate pan:
cook flour in cooking oil until golden brown;
then add chopped onions and garlic,
then saute' for 10 min. on a low fire.
Then add 2 cupswater and cook until boiling
Then add another 2 cups water,
stir and add the meatballs to the sauce.
Cook on top of the stove on a
medium to low fire for 15 min.
Then add sour creme and stir,
cook until a boil then turn it off.

Serve over rice or noodles
