Scalloped Potatoes & Sausage

Ingredients: 6 medium poptatoes
2 or 3 slices of bacon
4 cups milk
i pk. of smoked sausage
1-2 cups flour
1 cup butter or margarine
1 onion
Cooking spray
Directions: Peel potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch circles.
Fry bacon and set aside retraining the bacon grease.
Cut sausages into circles.
Cut onion into circles and seperate the onions
Cut bacon into small pieces
Spray the bottom and sides of the pan with
cooking spray
Melt the margarine. or spread margarine into it.
Place one layer of potatoes into
a microwaveable baking dish
Pour 1/2 of bacon grease onto the potatoes.
Sread flour over the potatoes
Pour 1/2 of the melted margarine over
the potatoes and flour
Top it with some onions
Spread 1/2 of the bacon on top.
Top with 1/2 of the smoked sausage
Repeat process again.
Top with any left potatoes and lightly
sprinkle with Tony Cacherries
Pour milk into the bowl covering the potatoes
Add more milk if needed.
Milk is to be up to the top layer of the potatoes.
Place into the microwave for about 30 to 40 minutes
or until potatoes are tender

Feeds about 8 people for a main dish or side dish
