Homemade BBQ Beef

This dish is not done on a BBQ grill.
This dish must be prepared in a pressure
cooker, a crock pot, or a deep pot with a tight top.
1/2 beef roast of any cut desired.
6 cups water
1 tbls.minced or powdered garlic
1 chopped onion
1 tbls.onion powder(optional)
1/4 cup soy sauce
Add all ingredients into your pot.
Put on a high fire until boiling.
Lower fire to low, and cook
for about two hours.

Continue to check your water level
and keep a level of water
in the pot at all times.
After two hours check
the tenderness of the meat.
Cook until very tender (you be the judge)
maybe another hour.
When finished,take the meat out of the pot
and cut into very small bite size peices.
Take your favorite BBQ sauce and pour
1/2 bottle of the sauce over the cut -up beef.
Put into a microwave for about five minutes
with about 4 tbls. of water.
Serve on buns or French bread
with chips , potato salad , BBQ beans
or any desired side dish.
