Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Serves 4--6
4 to 6 double thick pork chops
to be stuffed
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
6 tbls. brown sugar
I diced onion
2 diced raw apples
2 cups Bread Crumbs
(plain bread crumbs) 1/4- 1/2 cup cooking oil
2 cups water
Cut chops in the center horizontally
for stuffing to be added
stop at the bone, do not cut in half.
Mix into bowl Bread Crumbs
Oil and water added to the
mixture to moisten to taste
add only 1/2 diced onion
to the mixture.
add diced apples
Stuff the pork chops
top with 1/2 cup soy sauce
and 1/2 cup brown sugar
add 2 cups water
1/2 cup onion into the gravy mixture
at the bottom of the pan.
Add 2-3 tlbs. cornstarch or flour into
1/2 cup water for thickening
Pour over the chops while baking
Bake in oven 350 degrees
approx. 30 to 45 min.
