Rainbow Stuffed Peppers

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion chopped(divide in half)
Minced garlic or frshly cut garlic
4 cups Italian seasoned Bread crumbs
1 can prepared Italian sauce
or homemade red Italian gravy
(made your way)
6-8 all colors of bell peppers
2 red bell peppers
2 orange bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 green bell peppers
1 tbls.Onion powder
6 tbls. worsteshiere sauce
6 tbls. soy sauce
1/2 cup romano or parmesean cheese.

Boil peppers for ten minutes in boiling water.
Drain and remove.
Set aside on a baking dish.
Brown ground meat with 1/2 chopped onions.
Add garlic.
Add salt & pepper to taste
Drain grease and place in large bowl.
Add all other ingredients.
Stir and add ground meat.
Stuff this mixture into the boiled peppers.
Add 2 inches of water at the bottom of the pan.
Set pan into the oven at 350 degrees.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove and set peppers on a serving tray.
Pour hot red gravy on the top
of the peppers and serve.
