1. The Bloodcurdling Blue-Eyes White Dragon

    Meet Yugi Mutou, a high schooler with a skill at playing the newest card game that's sweeping the nation, Duel Monsters. After discovering that his grandfather possesses the legendary Blue-Eyes White Dragon, rival Seto Kaiba steals the card and challenges Yugi to a duel... but how will Yugi fare against the might of three Blue-Eyes White Dragons?


2. The Trap of Illusionist Faceless Mage

    Yugi's friend Katsuya Jounouchi, who's tired of losing to Anzu Mazaki at school, seeks training from Yugi's grandpa for the upcoming Duel Monsters tournament, while Yugi faces off against Pegasus J. Crawford, creator of Duel Monsters, in a shadow game. After Yugi loses to Pegasus, he reveals the mystical Millennium Eye and traps his grandfather's soul using its powers.


3. The Lost Exodia

    Yugi, who has been challenged by Pegasus J. Crawford to attend a new Duel Monsters tournament, receives an invitation to the Duelist Kingdom. Joey learns that his sister's eyesight will soon be lost, and wants to go to the Duelist Kingdom tournament with Yugi for the three million yen prize. After being lent a star chip by Yugi, points of which are required for admission into Duelist Kingdom, Yugi and Jounouchi are headed for the Duelist Kingdom... however, trouble awaits as Insecter Haga, the Japanese Duel Monsters champion, throws Yugi's Exodia cards into the water. As the group approaches Duelist Kingdom, Yugi swears revenge on Haga for destroying his grandpa's cards.


4. The Insector Combo

    Yugi and his friends finally arrive at Duelist Kingdom! There, they learn the rules of the tournament, and discover that they'll need 10 star chips in order to get to Pegasus's mansion. Yugi soon meets up with Haga, and is lead into the forest for a duel. As it turns out, Haga wanted them to come to the forest, as Pegasus told him that certain monster types get bonuses in certain areas, and in the forest, Haga's insects have power. Yugi only has one star chip to bet against Haga because he gave one to Jounouchi, so he puts his deck up for offer. The duel begins. Haga uses the Killer Needle in hopes that the attack bonus , and Yugi uses the Mammoth Graveyard, which has the same attack. Haga thinks that he'll be able to win, but Yugi reveals that the Mammoth Graveyard also gets a bonus, as the field is part wasteland, and Haga's monster is destroyed. But Yugi's in a bit of a bind, as Haga is able to draw more and more insect monsters and power them up with Spells. Haga is almost ready for a final attack against Yugi, but Yugi reveals his hidden trap - Mirror Force! Which reflects Haga's attack back on him and destroys his monsters, as well as lowering his life points by half the total of his monster's attack. Yugi tells Haga that this game is finished.


5. Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth

    Yugi had just successfully eliminated a large chunk of Weevil's life points, but Haga's not giving up yet. He puts down a Cocoon of Evolution, which in five turns, will evolve into a Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth. Yugi fails to destroy the Cocoon, until the very last possible moment where he summons Gaia the Dragon Champion, with enough attack power to take it down. Gaia can destroy the Cocoon, but the Great Moth still rises, and Gaia is poisoned, reducing his attack power turn by turn. Yugi uses Maiku the Magical Mist to cure Gaia of his poison, but it's not enough, as Haga's Great Moth overpowers Gaia. But Yugi brings out the Summoned Skull, who attacks with lightning. Great Moth, who has become wet through Maiku, is a perfect lightning rod, and Yugi wins the duel, and Weevil is eliminated from the tournament. Jounouchi takes Haga's glove, and Yugi is now at three star chips. The Duelist Kingdom tournament continues...


6. Mai's Beautiful Harpies

    After having just defeated Insector Haga, Yugi and Jounouchi  continue dueling for star chips. Jounouchi remembers a promise made to his sister that they would see each other at the beach again, and Jounouchi  decides to duel Mai Kujaku as his first opponent. Jounouchi doesn't know much of what he's doing and is fooled by Mai's psychic act, but with some help from Yugi and the powerful Time Wizard, he pulls through and wins his first duel.


7. Kairyu-Shin

    Yugi faces the ocean duelist, Mako Tsunami, and his deck of sea monsters.


8. Stolen: Blue-Eyes White Dragon

    Kaiba's brother, Mokuba, escapes from Pegasus' capture to challenge Yugi.


9. Magical Hats to Save the Game

    Yugi duels a creature claiming to be Kaiba's ghost.


10. Counter-Attack of the Blue Eyes White Dragon

    Yugi continues his duel with Kaiba's "ghost," while the real Kaiba hacks into Pegasus' computer network to come to Yugi's aid.


11. The Power of Friendship: Barbarians 1 & 2

    Jounouchi is challenged by Rex Raptor, and determines to fight this battle without Yugi's help.


12. Black Flame! Red-Eyes Black Dragon

    Jounouchi's duel with Rex ends, and the gang face a new challenge from Bakura and his Millennium Ring.
