In harmony, things vibrate at the same harmonic, and have being, aka: live.
The harmonic is there. Bias acheived it. But that is a joke for another day.
General conclusion is that the moon collided with the Earth eons ago and set it
into a spin, and the weather has been awful.
So anyway, a balance is acheived when the harmonics reach a subharmonic and
vibe in sync, giving birth to a moment.
If the Earth were a magnet in a magnetic field, the Earth's field could be modulated
to acheive an angular momentum, the derivative of which would be the moment imparted
in manually varying the Earth's magnetic field, as it applies to liquid and its physics
variants, fluid dynamics and magnetic mechanics, in light of the earth's molten core
and the sun's magnetic field. The cause, preceding effect, is apparent.
