"From Me to You on your 20th"
As I sit here missing you, I know you are not blue, For, you have something more than we do, you have celebrated Christmas in Heaven. But, as your Birthday approaches, we wish you where here, where we could sing "Happy Birthday" dear.
As we have sit here wondering why and how God would take someone who is loved not only by his family, but everyone you came in contact with, someone who would do do anything for a friend, no matter what happen in the end. You held a special place in everyone's heart.
I know you would say "Please don't cry for me," but most days are so blue without you. You always had a smile on your face or a prank up your sleeve and we miss your place in our lives. But, the one thing that keeps us going is knowing we will see you again one day in Heaven.
As we cry over your grave, we know you are not there, but that's the only way we can bare to live. Everyone says "If we could turn back the hands of time" but in God's time and place, he welcomed you in. So on your 20th birthday as we cry and gather around your grave we just wanted to say "Happy 20th Birthday and We love and Miss You!!~~MRudd, December 27, 2005~~"
