Justin Daniel James (January 6, 1986 - October 30, 2005) Mr. Justin Daniel James, age 19, of Winnfield, La., passed away Sunday, October 30, 2005 He was a member of Central Assembly of God. He was a 2005 graduate from Dodson High School. He is survived by his Parents, Lynn James, Jr. and Lisa (Austin) James of Winnfield. One Sister, Destiny James of Winnfield, La. One Brother, Zachary James of Winnfield, La. Maternal Grandmother, Kathy Austin of Winnfield, La. Paternal Grandmother, Geneva Ayres James of Gaar's Mill, La. Paternal Grandfather, Walker Lynn James, Sr., of Gaar's Mill, La. Niece, Addisyn James of Winnfield, La. Nephew, Luke James of Winnfield, La. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Justin was preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather, Robert Cleo Austin. Services are under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield, La., where the family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Tuesday, November 1, 2005 and from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 2, 2005. Funeral service will be held at First Baptist Church of Winnfield at 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 2, 2005 , with Rev. Huey White and Rev. Author Robinson officiating. Interment will be at Garden Of Memories Cemetery in Winnfield, La. Justin D. James was found unconscious in his apartment on University Parkway about 1 p.m. He died en route to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center. Police found signs of foul play but have not determined a cause of death. James' body was sent for an autopsy. Officers have questioned James' sister, who had been in recent contact with her brother. In addition, police have questioned two males who were in or around the apartment when James was there. Police are not releasing the names of James' sister or the two males.
