How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of being and ideal grace.

I love thee to the level of every day’s
Most quiet need, by sun and candle-light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for right.
I love thee purely, as they turn from praise.

I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood’s faith.
I love thee with a love I seem to lose

With my lost saints. I love with the breath,
Smiles, tears, of all my life; and, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death.

How will You spank me? Must i beg Your touch?
You spank me with Your paddle, hand or crop.
my form bent over, trying not to stand
i struggle inside believing, “that didn’t hurt… much.”

You spank me to the level of intense pain
some masochists crave; cane and whip.
You spank me freely, as Your hand bites my hips.
You spank me fiercely, i refuse in disdain.

You spank me and i shiver in delight
from Your firm hand, Your physical wisdom imparts.
Spank me with the spanking i crave tonight

i beg, Master. You spank with an art,
talent, control, You hold the power; for, if i fight,
You will but spank me more so it smarts.
