Welcome to my place of solitude
This place contains a piece of work I did for someone very special in my life. The poetry and image creating was all mine. I love to write...and there are no limits to ones imagination,when they let themselves go and dream. I am an avid chatter...love people..if I can make someone smile or laugh each and everyday, then I feel my day has not been wasted. 1 more poem 4 Ub4 I go... -Paths of Life- Walking throught the plains of this life, Admist the darkness of these shadows; The light temporarily shunned from me, I seek and search for the missing key. Glimpses of past and present so vivid, To remind me of well learned lessons; And the long journies down certain roads, Embedded and etched in my mind. Many of faces from the people I have met, Some with impact and others forgotten; But all having a purpose for crossing my path, Having caused me times of tears and joy. The foundation beneath my footing now firm, From all of the years of living this life; Teaching me to stand upon my own now, All apprehensions and fears behind me. Content and serene with my surroundings, I give thanks for the courage and the drive; Which has brought me to this point in time, Awaiting the next adventure of my existence.
