Misery taking over
Sadness ruling the heart
What's happening to the world
What's happening to us
Love being neglected
Hatred taking its place
People becoming heartless
Others left with a sad face
But someway, somehow
It will al turn out right
So don't ever give up
Don't give up without a fight
Sun will break through the clouds
Whether you believe it or not
Keep hoping, hoping for better days
Because then you will be brought
Brought to a world of happiness and smiles
That's when fighting, hoping, believing was all worthwile
