DON'T DENY FEELINGSIs it possible to ignore or run away from your feelings? When you’re scared of it. When you didn’t expect it. When you didn’t expect for wo it is. Or, when you just don’t feel like it. Are you able to erase it? Unless it’s false, no.
Feelings don’t come without purpose or reason. Feelings have a certain goal. It can be being with the one you have feelings for. It can also be total opposite and a lesson learned.
The point of the matter is, don’t be afraid for feelings, don’t try to deny it, don’t try to run away from it. It won’t work. Feelings are new opportunities for new expereinces. Feelings are expressions of your heart, the desires of your unconsciousness.
Feelings can’t de avoided, they can’t be erased. Feelings come from the heart. The heart is or can be totally independent from the rest of the body. It doesn’t care if you like it or not. It just knows it produces things with a goal. So, if you can’t run away from it, you’ll have to accept it. Look at it from the bright side.
Expressing those feelings can be much tougher than accepting. You can’t express them, because you don’t know what the other person will say. You’re afraid you will ruin something, you’re afraid to be disappointed. I can say that you can erase those thoughts, but I know that’s practically impossible. What you can do though is, switch those thoughts. Go from fear to confidence, self-esteem, to trust in yourself, to strength, to expressing.
Feelings can’t be denied. Feelings can’t be avoided. Feelings can’t be ran away from. Feelings can’t be erased. Feelings come with a purpose. Accept and express. It’s the only thing to do next to doubting, feelings insecure, being unhappy.
Accepting is a part of life, expression is a form of life. They’re both a step closer to happiness.
