A NEW FRIEND

I never thought this would happen
Me trusting you I would never do
But right now we’re very close
I like it a lot, how about you?
I can tell you lots of things
And you can understand
You can give me some advice
And lend me a hand
A year ago I always thought
We couldn’t get along
But now it seems, at the end,
I was totally wrong
I know I can trust you
And tell my deepest fears
I only hope it will stay this way
For a lot of years
I’m so happy with this
Now I have another friend to tell
All the stuff I’ve been through
And that my life was a hell
I only hope you feel
The same way as I do
Our friendship means a lot to me
