By submiting a poem, you are verifying that it is your original written work, and that all legal copyrights of the poem belong to you.
Any poem submitted will be posted on the Guest Poetry page under your real name along with a copyright symbol; this is done to show that it belongs to you and it is not stolen.
If a poem you see on this site belongs to you and you did not submit it, then email me immediately
and I will take the poem down and give you the contact information to contact the person who submited the poem.
A statement addressing that any poem submitted by a guest cannot be printed off without permission of the author first. Although, I cannot 100% guarantee that people will abide by that. In the event that someone does take your poem off this site and posts it on another site, Eternal Seeds is not responsible for any actions of 3rd party people posting your work on their or other's sites.
Every poem on this site under the "My Poetry" link is written by me, given to me by God. They are my original works and are not copied. If you submit a poem that is similar to one of mine, it will be posted, but they are two different poems and not the same one. This statement is to make clear that all my poems are "mine" and only "mine" and they belong to no one else but me, and are not copied from anyone elses poems.
