The night we escaped 6 guards of the Queenland Mine died, 4 clones died
escaping the mine and 3 died on their way to the refuge; 7 humans died
that night in various attacks, though in 5 of them the humans were the
attackers.

Also in that night, a lie became truth. When a no one knows that a lie
isn’t the truth, it fades into fact. That night Mr. Smith and Mr.
Williams, the only two men that knew the truth about the Calle sisters,
were killed by an escaped clone. After that no one ever knew that the
casualties that night were incorrect. One more clone died attacking a
human. She died in her room, believing a lie from a science experiment to
find out whether clones were born or made.
