Couples Prenatal Yoga—Yoga exercise that can be done alone or as a couple to help build muscles needed for delivery and stretch muscles carefully to accommodate each stage of pregnancy, delivery and postpartum.

Partner’s Shiatsu—Most of the focus of pregnancy is on the mother.  Partner’s need attention too.  This is a massage that a pregnant woman can do to nurture their significant other.   It also helps build squatting muscles much needed.  It is a lot easier to nurture when one is nurtured as well
