The Awakening

The Awakening is special, it means you start anew
And God has chosen Life to awaken the both of you
A life that you must nurture, to watch it grow so tall
And a life that you must remember will rise and also fall

The times when that life rises, you will feel a pride
That only comes from Love, and comes from deep inside
The times when that life stumbles, as often it will do
You must be the shroud that keeps the pain from getting through

The Awakening is not easy, as you will come to know
But God has chosen you, for that seed of love to grow
He will stand beside you and watch with tender care
At the Miracle of the Awakening, which you soon will bear

And Dave you must remember, He will be with you
To walk you in this life, that is all so very new
You are very special people, this I know is true
For God to give the gift, of The Awakening to you...
