Adam Chilenski here. My mom tells me that my passion
for music started before I could talk. Somehow, though,
it took me until I was twelve to discover the electric
bass and even longer to discover the double bass.
These discoveries changed everything. Music became the
focus of nights and subject of my school time daydreams.
I got so excited about music that I wrapped highschool
up in three years in order to attend The University of
Maine at Augusta’s Jazz and Contemporary Music program.
The real excitement began upon arriving in New York
where I have met many amazing musicians and continue
to be inspired everyday.
