She’s always crying in her hands
She’s always crying in the rain
Her heart is dying just for him
Her heart is dying once again

And she knows she cannot control the way she feels
Independently she tries to be herself
Her heart has been dying because he has been gone
But he’s replaced by friends when the distance has been too long

The light in her eyes has dried up and died.
Her voice is hoarse from screaming inside
And she tries to find meaning why.
Deep inside she knows her love is a lie.

She’s always crying in her hands
She’s always crying in the rain
And the tears from her eyes are constantly falling
The pain in her heart is constantly growing

The loneliness is growing inside
Death is creeping up her crooked spine
And she’s cheating on me inside her mind
And she’s wishing she could die.

Ripped to pieces, torn apart
A puzzle of love mixed up in a box
Confused placement of a shattered image
And you close the lid on love that’s shattered. <
