"Along The Shore"
I walk along the beach alone,
Felling the sand between my toes,
I wonder about it feeling exposed to the world,
I hear small steps behind me,
A small but warm hand slips into my own,
I turn to look,
I see you,
Can it truly be,
That those eyes would look at me,
A tear runs down my face,
You wipe it away,
A tear runs down your face,
I wipe it away,
We share a moment when all the universe stops just for us,
The moment passes,
I sigh as you walk away,
I walk along the beach alone.

"As Days Go By"
Not a day goes by,
That you are not on my mind,
For as each day passes,
Your name comes up,
Dawn till dusk,
Each day,
Of every month,
Of every year,
When your name is spoken,
Or heard,
I get excited at the thought of seeing or being with you,
Knowing that cares for and loves me,
So as I end this remember three little words that mean so much,
“I Love You”

Walking with you hand in hand,
Along the shore in autumn years,
Growing old or dying young,
The lesser of two evils,
Since your light warmed my life,
Growing old with you,
You engrossed my heart with love and joy,
Windy dances on a cloudy sky,
As my soul and mind fly from ecstasy.
