Imagination

Imagination is the ability to confront and deal with reality by using the creative power of the mind. The same power that influences the casting of spells, growth and progress of civilizations, and deific aspects of our life. The force that makes an artist see the angels in marble and set them free. The power of the Aisling mind is a creation of outmost complexity, it is what enables progress – by seeing what the eyes can not, seeing what is not there, but should be for the better or worse. Some choose to see angels and other choose devils - whatever you see -  it is your interpretation of the world. But what is the influence for seeing devils or angels, light or dark, good or evil. Is it the evolutionary status of the Aislings life, the social surrounding of the individual, and the terrain surrounding our living conditions?

Looking into the collection of literally works in the Loures Library, you’ll see the reflection of Aislings imagination carved into a story or a poem, you may also notice that every structure in this manifestation of the mind follows a rhythm set by previous poems and stories. In early writing you might see stories of mythical heroes whose mysterious birth, triumph and marriage, death and betrayal and eventual rebirth follow the rhythm of the sun and the seasons. In world of romance we have simplified and idolized world, of brave heroes, pure and beautiful heroines, and very bad villains. Exploring further into the genres of literally world you notice that the pattern is the same, the only thing that set the story apart and makes it different is the views the author has on varies aspects of his writing – such as beliefs of his characters, the way the mountain or a bush looks when the sun start to rise, individual believes on how and what love, fear, defeat feel like. We may feel in similar way about love or death but very few of us express it in same way. Because we are looking at the same world we have the pattern to which our stories/feelings follow. That is why most of the time we listen to bards tales and reflect to what they are saying, even if they tell you that the cow jumped over the moon.

Do make a point here is to say that the wind will blow in the direction of Mount Giragan for the rest of our existence. Our views and feeling do change – towards women, men, wars, and the greatness of an individual, based on scientific discoveries and theories - which all start with imagination. On our perception of what the roll of each is, and how much power the heavens have over our daily biting, and are always reflected by the pattern of the sun. So to do good or evil is based on what we imagine the world should be.

Along the Abel coast line the wind is singing the melody of ocean weaves, the moon light makes the stairway which seems to lead you into the sky. All you have to do is pause a moment and clear your thoughts; and you will feel closer to what you see inside your mind.
