this is a really really old Hanna Barbera Cartoon about a kid named Fangsworth who turns into a werewolf, and his friends, and their wacky crime-fighting adventures (scooby doo style).
SWAT Kats: the radical squadron
this was an awesome show! it's about a city called, creatively enough, Megakat City, and the inhabitants are all cat-people... and uh... there are these 2 guys who were kicked out of the local law enforcement, named Jake and Chance, who became mechanics as a cover-up to fight crime as the masked SWAT Kats... no! it really WAS an awesome show!
